OPPO will launch its "Selfie Expert" smartphones in India on March 23. OPPO F3 and F3 Plus features company's first ever dual selfie camera. OPPO already sent invites for its event last week but it confirmed the event this week.
As written in BGR, OPPO will launch the F3 Plus in five key markets India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Philippines, and Vietnam. However, the price and availability will depend on the market. The company says that OPPO F3 Plus can capture high-quality images with its 16-megapixel primary camera and 8-megapixel selfie camera.
"The F3 Series will take selfie technology to another level as well as it sets new trends. We are confident it will be a great success and will set a standard that others will follow," said Sky Li, OPPO Global Vice President and President of OPPO India. Oppo F3 Plus' selfie cameras will come with company's beautification software and 120-degree wide angle lens.
According to Gadgets 360°, OPPO F3 Plus is rumored to have a 6-inch full HD (1920 × 1080p) display. It is expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 processor with 4 GB RAM. There will be a 64 GB internal memory. The smartphone will run on 4000 mAh battery and it will weigh approximately 185 grams.
The size of the phone will be 163.63 × 8.0 × 7.35 mm and it would be priced at Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 30,000. OPPO is focusing on camera performance and lately, it is focusing on selfie camera with flash. The smartphone company launched 5x dual-camera zoom technology that designed to deliver 5x optical zoom without camera bump.
Back in 2016, OPPO launched its first Selfie Expert F-series by launching F1 Plus smartphone. OPPO F3 Plus will run on Android Nougat with Color OS 3.0. The dual camera feature is not present in many phones' primary camera and OPPO is already launching its phone with dual selfie camera. Selfie lovers are eagerly waiting for the upcoming smartphone.
