Samsung plans to actively introduce the disastrous Galaxy Note 7 Phablet to the markets through refurbished "Galaxy Note 7R" units that take care of battery issues which previously led to a global recall of all Note 7 units by the South Korean manufacturer. Such an unforeseen situation led to many airlines actively banning the smartphone from being carried while boarding airplanes. However, it's officially back, at least in China for now.

Samsung seems to be enormously confident in bringing the Galaxy Note 7R device back into the markets. The letter 'R' indicates that it's a refurbished unit of the actual Galaxy Note 7 smartphone itself. A report from GizBot mentions that a working unit of the new smartphone has been leaked to the internet. The actual images from Technobuffalo showcase the device running the latest version of Android Nougat OS out of the box.

The report mentions that Samsung managed to find the actual cause of exploding batteries on the smartphone which in turn were fixed and then released as Galaxy Note 7R. The new smartphone battery is now implemented with a safely enhanced battery by increasing the breathing space around it which should, to an extent, keep the device safer than before and prevent any physical damage.

Other details from BGR point out that Samsung Galaxy Note 7R device has actually passed through FCC certification in the United States. The US Market should be receiving the refurbished batch by June this year. The new device will have a relatively smaller battery than that on the actual Galaxy Note 7 smartphone for fairly obvious reasons.

Samsung Galaxy Note 7R smartphone features an Exynos 8890 octa-core processor along with 4GB of RAM. Storage capacities include 64GB of onboard storage with an option to expand further with the help of a micro-SD up to a capacity of 256GB. It also features a 12MP camera on the back while the front-facing camera can take pictures at a maximum resolution of 5MP.
