DJI is once again making a big step of producing another top-tier drone in the market. With that, the Chinese-based company reportedly released a teaser video of its upcoming spark drone which is expected to be introduced at its NYC event Wednesday. What new features will the drone offer to the consumers?

DJI is a privately owned Chinese technology company that designs and manufactures unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) also known as drones. Drones are usually used for aerial photography and videography, flight controllers, flight platforms, camera stabilizers and others. Industries like filmmaking, real estate, agriculture, construction and even the military use drones today for their activities.

Currently, DJI is now one of the world's leading company in the civilian drone industry due to it's high-quality and innovative drone products. Every now and then, the company develops top-tier drones and now appears to unveil their latest drone product in the market.

According to Digital Trends, DJI teaser video regarding its upcoming spark drone reveal some crafty hints about it. The video release reportedly is part of DJI's strategy to lure and entice consumers for the product and give some ideas about it. The video shows footages of different persons in which the drone surfaces from inside a set of purses and backpacks.

The video essentially validates that DJI will have the spark drone as their smallest and most portable UAV's product line. Though full specs and features of the said drone is not yet available, previously leaked images of it last April showing its "small size" appears to be true after all based on the video itself. The "S(e)ize The Moment" tagline also give hints about its diminutive appearance.

TechCrunch further added the video also shows footage of a drone flying through small openings like bookshelves in a library and construction sites. The video basically confirms that DJI new drone will be smaller than the Mavic model that support evidence that it is indeed one of the smallest drones in their product line.

Regarding its price, it is obvious that the spark drone will be less than the Mavic model, which have a price tag of $999, and DJI might present it at an introductory price of $499 just like the DJI Phantom 3. There is also no confirmation when the drone will be ship and made available to the market but the NYC Wednesday event might have the answer for it.
