After several smartphones such as Moto C, Z2 Play and Moto E4 were launched by Motorola, the company had recently announced another upcoming event this June 27. The smartphones speculated to be launched at the event were then identified to be the Moto Z2 and Z2 Force.

According to GSM Arena, the Moto Z2 and Z2 Force will be a killer successor to the previously released Moto Z and Moto Z2 Play. The Lenovo-owned company’s released “save the date” invite was described to show a woman holding a handset that obviously follows the Z series design and is donned with a dual camera technology.

Speaking of specs, the Moto Z2 is expected to sport a 5.5-inch QHD touchscreen that runs on Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 835 chipset. The smartphone was also believed to feature up to 4 or 6GB of RAM. Other features include the fingerprint scanner at the back of the handset. Yet, details about the Moto Z2 Force weren’t leaked and confirmed.

On the other hand, Gizmochina also reported that another device aside from the Moto Z2 and Z2 Force was spotted recently to have received FCC certification. The smartphone was then speculated to be the Moto G5S, which is an upgraded version of the Moto G5. A higher variant of the smartphone called Moto G5S+ is expected by Moto enthusiasts as well.

With that said, the Moto G5S was noted to feature a 5.5-inch screen along with a Snapdragon 430 SoC chipset. The device was also described to be powered by 3,000mAh of battery juice. Moreover, the Moto G5S along with the Moto G5S+ were said to be most likely launched at the company’s event in Brazil on June 21.

Nonetheless, the Moto Z2 and Z2 Force were believed to be launched in the June 27 event. The company’s Moto X4 powered by Snapdragon 660 was then said to be announced on June 30. New Moto Mods accessories were also said to be revealed at the event as well. However, rumors about the price and availability of the devices weren’t leaked.
