Coachella 2020

This year's Coachella has taken a surprising turn as it typically kicks off "a season of live music weekends" in the country.

However, in the midst of the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak, the yearly pre-summer party has reportedly been postponed to the fall.

This means, there's a delay, when the regular attendees of this event will start previewing again, the best bands, on top of the best foods and beverages between sets.

The date of reviewing which band performed the best, and who among the special guests showed up and that dress everyone wore, has yet to be moved later, as well.

Typically, Coachella is held for two consecutive weekends, initially scheduled for April.

This year though, the first weekend of Coachella is set on October 9-11, and the second week of the event happens on October 16-18. Unfortunately for those who haven't bought the tickets yet, passes for both weekends are already sold out.

However, they can sign up for the waitlist to get a chance at any of the weekends that open up. For this year's festival, General Admission tickets were priced at $399. For VIP admission guests paid $929, on top of the VIP parking at $140.

Topping Coachella 2020's lineup includes Rage Against the Machine, Travis Scott and Frank Ocean, plus Flume, Run the Jewels, Calvin Harris, Lana Del Rey, and Thom Yorke.

Goldenvoice has yet to confirm though, which of these performers will be performing given the new October date.
