In this new cut throat world of mobile competition, a gadget is needed to be upgraded by the parent company on almost a yearly basis. After almost half a year of being on shelves for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, Samsung is all set to release its big brother the Galaxy Note 5.

Rumors abound that state that Samsung will keep with its standard release schedule and debut the Galaxy Note 5 in September 2015. While keeping in view the thriving smart phone market, companies like Apple and Samsung will be reluctant to lose their market share to other competitors. This alone may push Samsung to release the Galaxy Note 5 earlier.

Rumors speculate that Samsung will upgrade from the 2K display of Galaxy Note 4 to a 4K display with resolution of 2160 x 3840 pixels for the Galaxy Note 5. Already the Galaxy Note 4 is established as the best device available for Android, so with the specs already being rumored for the Galaxy Note 5, it surely will be the most exciting and promising launch of 2015. The new 14 nm Exynos 7 Octa Core CPU will offer 20 percent faster speed and 30 percent more productivity.

It is also rumored that the Galaxy Note 5 comes with a 20.9 MP camera on back and a 5 MP camera on front. According to a report by Venture Capital Post it will have many new striking features such as wireless charging, water resistant, heart rate monitor, finger print scanner and retina scanner to boast off. Galaxy Note 5 will also have 4 storage options and will be available in four different forms ranging from 16 to 128 GB.

With all new slick and interesting features, Samsung might be hoping to set the world on fire but Samsung is not the lone leader in the pack currently. News is also in the air about Huawei smart phone that will be featuring 8-core processor and 4K resolution display. Hence it remains to be seen whether Samsung Note 5 will emerge as the star of 2015 or not.
