Best Place To Spot UFO Revealed; Find Out Where It Is

There has been a growing number of UFO sightings in the past months. Researchers have learned there's a place in the country where you'll likely spot UFOs.

Best Place To Spot UFOs

There have been numerous reports of UFO sightings, now called Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAPs). Despite this, not everyone has the chance to witness them.

However, a study by University of Utah geographers revealed that the best place to see UFOs is the American West. The study used data from the National UFO Research Center and examined the environmental factors and whether they increase or decrease the number of reported UFO sightings.

The study by the National UFO Research Center (NUFORC) utilized data from 98,000 sighting accounts reported between 2001 and 2020. Using those reports, scientists looked at each neighboring state's county's "sky view potential," or the amount of light pollution there.

According to the press release, they also considered the amount of cloud cover, tree canopy cover, and the area's proximity to airports and military sites. Based on the data, most UFO sightings occurred in the western United States due to the region's physical nature, which includes "wide-open spaces" and darker skies.

Furthermore, hotspots for sightings indicated "credible relationships with air traffic and military activity," which may suggest that individuals are seeing actual objects but aren't completely recognizing them.

"Most sightings occur in the American West where proximity to public lands, dark skies, and military installations afford more opportunities to see strange objects in the air," the researchers said.

Since the National UFO Research Center's data is a publicly accessible self-reporting system, there is no practical means for the writers to authenticate hoaxes. The authors counter that there wouldn't be a spatial pattern if the data were wholly erroneous for whatever psychological or sociological reason.

Lead author of the study, Richard Medina, an associate professor of geography at the University of Utah, stated that people are more likely to witness unexplained objects in the sky when there is a greater likelihood that known objects are in the sky.

"There's more technology in the sky than ever before, so the question is: What are people actually seeing?" Medina said. "It's a tough question to answer, and it is an important one because any uncertainty can be a potential threat to national security."

Dr. Thomas Zurbuchen, NASA's longest-serving associate administrator for the Science Mission Directorate, who had spoken to numerous individuals who reportedly saw UFOs and went through multiple papers, believed there was something more beyond those sightings. He also opened up about the possibility that the UAP sightings were "unfriendly" advanced technology from China.

Disk-Shaped UFO Spotted in Warzone

In related news, the Ukranian 406th Battalion shared a video captured using a "heat vision" quadcopter drone, which they utilized to protect the country amid their ongoing war against Russia's invasion. The men in the video were surprised by the unexplainable sight. The UFO was reportedly hovering calmly over the warzone.

The alleged item's size, altitude, and shape are yet unclear, but given the drone's height, it appears to be a massive craft that is more than 30 miles distant. The temperature range of the thermal-imaging drone indicated that the UFO was warmer than its surroundings. However, experts said that crucial details are still unknown due to a red "error message" on the drone's control panel.
