Dubuc Motors is still crowdfunding some sources for the newest electronic sports car in town, the Tomahawk, but it's already receiving a lot of noises. Well, it is because this car can speed up to 160 MPH.

According to an article by Forbes, Dubuc Motors currently has USD 6 million for the Tomahawk project. The Canadian company is still raising USD 14 million to create the entire Tomahawk sports car.

Tomahawk's technical specifications are something that amazed the eyes of automotive experts and enthusiasts around the world. According to Yahoo, the Tomahawk sports car boasts of a 2x2 seating capacity which also has a special space at the back perfect for some cargoes.

But, what made it extremely remarkable is its speed that can kick off up to 160 mph in just a span of seconds. Aside from these features, Tomahawk also houses a 360-degree camera which is perfect for documenting those breath-taking drives with this fast sports car.

Dubuc Motors' Tomahawk is following the trend of other car companies in producing electric cars. Forbes also noted in the same article that there are already 1.3 million electric cars located all over the globe. A lot of start-up companies are doing this trend just like EVX from Australia which launched Immortus way back in 2015. The said car is remarkable for using solar panels on top of it.

Aside from the start-up automotive companies, several global leaders in the industry are starting to invest in eco-friendly vehicles. Ford has mentioned its intent earlier this year to invest around USD 700 million for electric vehicle production. Ford also expressed its excitement in converting its famous cars like the Mustang hybrid into electric cars in the next years.
