PAL-V, the Dutch vehicle company has made a world history for being the first to sell Liberty flying car. More so, the world's first commercial flying car is now on its sale price starting at $400,000 above for the first customer before 2018 ends.

Autocar has reported that even though this is the first time a flying car was set on sale, PAL-V assures that Liberty is fully compliant with everything. Meanwhile, the stocks are very limited for there will be only 90 flying cars to be sold. Half of the stocks will be brought the Europe.

The world's first flying car has its own Liberty Pioneer Edition sat the price of $599,000, before taxes. Along with the high-price of the Liberty flying car pioneer edition are flight instruction sessions, personalization and power heating options. Aside from the Liberty Pioneer Edition, the Liberty Sport Model will also be delivered at the price of $400,000, before taxes with the same package.

To give the definite description, the flying car according to Tech Crunch is a "three-wheeled car" giving it a look of a motor trike. Moreover, its top-mounted rotor is retractable for its shifting phase from car to copter and vice versa. It also has gyrocopter skills than that of a usual car for it can both drive and fly like an aircraft. However, it would take 5-10 minutes to convert from car to fly mode or vice versa.

Furthermore, the Liberty flying car has a top ground speed of 100 miles per hour, bringing up 0-60mph in just 9 seconds. Plus, it can reach 817 miles on full tank with the absolute fuel efficiency of 31 mpg. Meanwhile, the flying speed is higher than its ground speed of about 12 miles per hour. This should be refueled every 310 miles to be able to reach airfield to airfield distance.

PAL-V had been developing the Liberty flying car since year 2009. Their CEO, Robert Dingemanse got very proud for the success, that's why they are allowing deposits for the reservation of the flying car. "After years of hard work, our team has finally beaten the challenges and succeeded in creating this innovative flying car."
