Apple iPhone 8 speculations are now getting closer. Now, the iPhone will have its Home button replaced by a Macbook-like touch bar.
CNET reported the latest report from Ming-Chi Kuo, the analyst from KGI Securities who kept on bringing update and speculations on the new Apple iPhone 8. Kuo recently mentioned that aside from the edge-to-edge display of the iPhone 8, a Touch Bar similar to MacBook Pro will be integrated. KGI analyst Kuo is the only person who is making announcements and update with the upcoming iPhone.
Furthermore, Kuo claims that the coming model of Apple iPhone 8 will be a smaller model but with a large display. The iPhone will have an edge-to-edge 5.8 inches OLED display, with a 5.15-inch usable screen. However, the size will be similar to the iPhone 7.
According to EDMTunes, the Apple iPhone 8 will be launched alongside with the iPhone 7S launch date. Similarly, it will feature no physical Home buttons but a MacBook-like Touch Bar. Essentially, there will be a row of the navigation bar and swappable digital buttons.
But, Apple wants to make sure that this will be no ordinary Touch Bar. Speculations excite tech enthusiasts a lot when another rumor stated that Apple will include Apple's TouchID technology for the biometric security. Another call the said Touch Bar it as "virtual buttons."
To recall, lots of speculations spread before the Touch Bar which looks like on that of the MacBook. From OLED display to glass and steel body and edge to edge display. Additionally, the last speculation reported for the Apple iPhone 8 is the inclusion of 3D Facial Recognition capability.
With all the rumors and speculations, fans of Apple iPhone 8 get too much excited. However, until the iPhone 8 was not officially announced, leaks will continue to move on. And this MacBook-Like Touch Bar speculation is indirectly showing that the release date is getting closer.
