Ten years back, nobody would have even guessed about LED or even RGB lighting on consumer devices. Nowadays, there's LED home lighting with companies like Phillips actively taking part in manufacturing them with their 'Hue' branded products. Even computers are being incorporated with RGB lighting strips what today's kids term it as 'lit'. And now, LED lighting has finally made its way into earphones thanks to a brand called Spark.

For some time now, Spark has started a Kickstarter campaign seeking finances in order to bring their new product to the market. Forbes did an intensive coverage about this new product they have to offer to the current generation. The company seems to have developed a unique pair of earphones where the cables of the earphones light up which can be been in their promotional videos they've put up on their Kickstarter campaign.

A representative for Spark said they have created their new product to help individuals express themselves in a unique way while also making sure the headphones will help them be safer to oncoming traffic. Their Kickstarter campaign describes their new product will glow to the rhythm of the music playing on the earphones.

The company representative for Spark said those evening runners who also happen to listen to music on the go make it harder for anyone in a vehicle to spot them due to lack of proper lighting conditions. It gave them an idea as to why incorporating LED lighting inside them would benefit everybody. The company claims that all backers of the campaign will receive their shipments by August or September this year.

The device is charged with the help of a USB controller which in turn has options to set the lighting options to toggle the lighting options or even turn it off completely. Regarding the Spark headphones themselves, the company says a single charge should last for about five hours of playtime even though it's still under a test phase.
