Romania is the only place Trovants, made up of a hard stone heart and a sand-made shell, and the strangest stones on Earth can be found.

Ongoing development, rotation on the Earth's surface, and multiplication are only a few of the unusual things trovants can do, a Bcoc.info report specified.

Essentially, trovants are evolving ingeniously after every storm. They consume materials from the storm, which are then integrated with the chemicals in stones.

The trovant stones are under pressure as an outcome of the entire operation. The troubadour is growing in scale. It also multiplies as an outcome of this unusual occurrence.

Believed to have arisen from the bowers of the Earth around six million years ago, the Trovants have turned notorious for their "curious growling ability,"

There are disagreements on whether the trovant stones are living or non-living creatures since they show both plant and rock characteristics.

Trovants

According to an Anomalien.com report, the common aspect of trovants is making them appear like rocks, although they are much more special than that.

These stones can grow from a pebble-sized object and stretch for more than 10 meters though the process is extremely long, taking them approximately 1,000 years for four to five-centimeter deposition.

Moreover, trovants are known to be moving at an average 2.5-millimeter rate over a period of two weeks.

While this can be because of an increase in mass on one side that is leaning the entire stone forward, it may have some "cryptic" explanation.

Formulating Different Theories

Such oddly rocky formations have caused quite a stir within the scientific community, and thus, scientists have "dissected" to try and reach the bottom of this mystery. Unfortunately, though, they were faced with another riddle.

Upon opening them up, researchers have found circular rings quite akin to those on tree stumps. Those rings were then employed to identify the age of Trovants, just like what's done with trees.

Although the composition was found to have cemented sand and mineral salts, their shell is as durable, not to mention rigid, as any other rock.

Due to the many abnormalities experienced, those who have studied the Trovants have begun formulating different theories about their origins and nature.

Products of Ancient Earthquakes

Even though science may be a long way from proving that there is n denial of these objects' eccentric features.

A similar Newcarz.com report specified that one of the most conclusive theories described the trovants as "products of ancient earthquakes," meaning they originated from deep underground.

It can only be guessed, although if this topic has incited people's curiosity, it is best that people visit them during their trips to Romania. One can make a pet-rock from the souvenir shop or maybe try his lock exploring the surroundings for one.

As a substitute, one can visit the other lesser-known areas where the trovants grow, namely in Russia, Kazakhstan, or the Czech Republic.
