Tanning Salons Sued by New York Over Cancer Risk

New York Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman has filed a lawsuit against two tanning salon franchises - Portafino Spas, LLC and Total Tan, Inc., saying there is "nothing safe about indoor tanning."
