CrossFit workout regime has now entered the doorway to success with its partnership with 120 affiliate gyms in China. These boxes continue to grow in number as reports say that they add one more gym to the list every week.

Sadly, China and its great population are also one of the countries in the world with the biggest problem in fighting diabetes, which potentially could bring about a huge economic problem if not dealt with soon. According to reports, about 109 million Chinese individuals have acquired some form of type 2 diabetes and this number has sharply risen since it was first recorded in the 1980s.

President Xin Jinping has emphasized its health and wellness program and has considered it as one of the top priorities of the Communist Party's advocacies. This is due to the fact that the number of individuals suffering from the disease is growing by the minute and it has brought about significant risks in the country's livelihood.

A paper of the National Bureau of Economic Research found that the cost of China's growing problem in chronic diseases could cost the country as much as $16 million in losses each year until 2030. According to Russ Greene, the director for public relations of CrossFit, there is no tailored plan as to how the expansion in China would be carried out. However, he also admitted that they have installed a number of measures that are specific to the target needs of the country as a result of their continuous research and development assessments.

Greene further added that they are conducting hosting sessions across China to train their coaches to speak in their native dialects. CrossFit aims to operate their fitness centers in as many small communities as there are. Their goal is for people to train together and share their love for health and wellness to each other.
