Is Science Proof That God Does Not Exist

This concept has been bothering scientists for a long time, and so far, it is all for naught. For most people, it is quite simple to believe, but, a scientist will always need proof to believe.

The frenetic need to validate God's existence is signified by the God particle, otherwise known as Higgs Boson, that remains elusive to physicists. Brainiacs have struggled to detect it, but it remains invisible to the most advanced instruments that have discovered quantum particles. These small bits of matter are hard to find, but some have been confirmed already.

If this God particle do exist, then it answers all the questions most scientists have about the state of matter along with the ultimate key to all physical matter. Try pinching the person nearby to prove that matter exists, and God made it all happen.

If it could be hit, destroyed, and crushed with visible signs, then something created the whole universe, this has always been what scientists want to unravel. All the experiments to drive some clues into something invisible like the unseen world of the atom is now validated. But, when the concept of God is pushed inside, and science looks into the innards of the quantum world, the connection is lost like a bad Wi-Fi signal.

Many of today's sciences were inspired by the need to search for the divine in everything. Developing radio waves and later telephony has made communication instant, but no sign of God's phone number or email were found. One of the powers ascribed to God is to communicate into thin air, and with Wi-Fi we know can transmit anything over invisible air. Nothing so far, not even a radio signal from out of nowhere.

If God did exist out there in the cosmos, maybe a signal would reach us like sounds coming from distant star systems. It could even say that "God exists" and that will be it. As with all attempts of science to verify his existence, we are at square one still searching. NASA has released the Pioneer and Voyager spacecraft into the depths of outer space, hoping god will pick up and send the songs in a long playback. Chances are it is not happening, but scientists still hope.

One of the greatest minds, Albert Einstein said that "God does not play dice with the universe," as a reference to his existence. But, even if God did play dice, god's hand is yet to be seen by the faithful. Till the day he died, he still believed in a divine one and affirmed it as god's work, in the complexity of math and the cosmos.

Where does this place science, god, and the proof of the one's existence? Science was made to answer the unknown, and even it cannot say that God does not exist. If God does exist, maybe he will give a call or email confirming it. If it does not happen that will really depend and prayers will be his hotline.
